Any post on the page—whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—related to minors, or those that attack or are likely to attack honor, morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s image, or any other right that contravenes the law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, our organization reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
Our organization shall not be held responsible for content freely published by a user. The user must be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they shall be solely responsible for their posts and their privacy.
4. Advertising
Our organization may use the Social Network for advertising purposes, in all cases complying with the requirements of current regulations applicable to Data Protection and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending our pages to other users so that they too may enjoy promotions or be informed of our organization’s events or activities shall not be considered advertising.
5. Contests and Promotions
Our organization reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which users who wish to participate and who are connected to our page may do so. The terms and conditions for each such event, when the Social Media platform is used for this purpose, will be published on the platform itself, always in compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
